Hopewell Residential has spent over 30 years building award-winning communities across Alberta, earning titles like "Multi-Family Builder of the Year" and "Developer of the Year," and achieving Platinum-level status in Canada’s Best Managed Companies program.
But in 2016, with oil prices plummeting and the housing market struggling, they realized traditional marketing tactics – like print ads, TV commercials and events – weren't enough.
